PatchScope consist of two independent but interrelated modules:

• diffannotator, which is responsible for extracting patches or commits, annotating changes (patches), and generating summaries of annotations
• diffinsights_web, which is Panel-based web app, that shows generated summaries of annotations in a graphical way, as plots
